Key responsibilities include analyzing business requirements, designing global architectures, and delivering Finance & Controlling IT solutions across subsidiaries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field.
• 7+ years SAP consulting experience in FI/CO/SD.
• Experience with AR, GL interfaces with external systems.
• Knowledge of IFRS 15/16 is advantageous.

Our client is seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst (Finance and Controlling IT) with a strong SAP FICO consultant background. In this role, you will provide professional advice, perform hands‑on customizations, and implement business requirements into SAP FICO and SAP RAR. You will contribute to building end-to-end digital solutions within an SAP S/4HANA/S4Cloud backend.

Key responsibilities include:

• Identifying and analyzing business requirements to create innovative IT solutions based on strategic needs.

• Working on topics related to subscription, rental, leasing, Accounts Receivable, Profitability Analysis, and SAP Revenue Accounting Recognition (RAR).

• Designing global solution concepts and system/solution architectures, while validating technical and business process feasibility.

• Implementing and supporting global IT solutions for Finance & Controlling processes in close collaboration with business stakeholders, IT, and external partners.

• Handling global projects, daily support (requests/incidents), and initiatives focused on compliance and regulatory requirements for subsidiaries worldwide.

• Recommending business process improvements and solving complex business problems to enable operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or another relevant educational background.

Skills

• At least 7+ years of experience as an SAP Consultant in an SAP ERP 6.0 environment and/or S/4HANA, specifically within Finance (FI), Controlling (CO), and Sales & Distribution (SD).

• Good understanding of business processes in Finance and Controlling, especially integration with Sales & Distribution within a global enterprise.

• Basic understanding of SAP RAR and ABAP debugging skills are beneficial.

• Experience with General Ledger, AR, AA, and SD interfaces with external systems (e.g., tax reporting, e‑billing), along with basic tax accounting knowledge.

• Understanding of IFRS 15 and 16 requirements is an advantage.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of commitment and motivation to drive success.

• Excellent communication skills, self-responsibility, and a strong customer orientation.

• Proven experience working effectively within international, virtual, and geographically dispersed teams.
