Job summary

SMAP MANUFACTURING AND PACKAGING SDN BHD in Kapar, Selangor, is seeking a capable logistics/production support staff to assist shipping, receiving and production operations through documentation and cross‑department coordination.

You will generate shipping documents, prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports, maintain filing systems, and monitor the production line while ensuring GMP/PPE compliance. English and Bahasa Melayu communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Able to work independently.
• Preferable with experience in Production.
• Good communication skills with the right attitude, high learning agility and willing to take on challenges.
• Willing to work in team work.
• At least 1-3 years of SAP experience.
• Computer literacy and facility with word processing, spreadsheets, data entry.
• Written and spoken in English and Bahasa Melayu.

Responsibilities

• Generate shipping documents to support shipping and receiving.
• Process specific customer related reports (e.g. inventory, finished goods, etc)
• Establish and maintain various company documents using an organized filing system as instructed electronically or non-electronically
• Produce and prepare daily, weekly, monthly reports for Manager
• Monitor the production line from time to time and ensure everything is in good order
• Comply with all policies including but not limited to GMPs, PPEs, and food safety
• Assist in any other duties assigned by superior from time to time
