Job summary

Kurz Production (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a SAP Business Intelligence & Analytics Consultant to participate in developing global solutions based on functional and technical requirements. You will provide 1st level support for SAP BI, Analytics and Reporting across the group, handle incidents in OTRS, and prepare topics for daily meetings with stakeholders.

The role requires BI expertise, ETL from SAP systems, experience with Analysis for Office, SAP Hana Studio, and strong English; a degree

Qualifications

• Good knowledge and experience in Business Intelligence (preferably SAP BW/BO or comparable software).
• Experience in creating ETL processes from SAP ERP, SAP CRM, SAP ME and Hana Database, or equivalent.
• Extensive experience with Analysis for Office and queries using Eclipse or SAP Hana Studio.
• Experience with user and authorization management.
• Strong English communication and ability to work with an international team.

SAP Business Intelligence & Analytics Consultant

As a SAP Business Intelligence & Analytics Consultant you will take part in the development of global business solutions based on functional and technical requirements.

Key responsibilities

Provide 1st level application support for SAP Business Intelligence, Analytics and Reporting solutions used across the companies of the KURZ Group

Process, analyse and coordinate incidents, bugs and service requests within the ticketing system (OTRS)

Prepare open issues and incidents for discussion and present relevant topics during regular daily support meetings with the responsible stakeholders

Act as an interface between business users, the different departments and the global KURZ IT organization

Prepare user documentation and training materials for users

About you

Good knowledge and experience in Business Intelligence (preferably SAP BW/BO or comparable software)

Good understanding of creating ETL processes from different source-systems (preferably SAP ERP, SAP CRM, SAP ME and Hana Database, or equivalent software)

Extensive experience in working with Analysis for Office and in creating queries using the relevant tools (Eclipse or SAP Hana Studio)

Experience with user and authorization management

High customer orientation as well as IT affinity

Very good command of written and spoken English and willingness to work with an international team

Team player with good communication skills

Independent, analytical and conceptual way of working

Ability to design, customize and maintain complex solutions meeting the requirements

Degree in computer science, Business Informatics, Engineering, Economics with an IT focus, or a comparable qualification

experience in Business Intelligence (SAP or comparable software), Analytics, and Requirement Engineering

Experience in the manufacturing industry and its processes will be added advantage
