Job summary

Westernacher Consulting in Malaysia seeks an experienced Senior SAP FICO Consultant to lead large-scale transformation programs across regional engagements. You will drive SAP FICO implementation lifecycle, FI/CO configuration, data migration, and cross-module integration using SAP Activate in a global SAP environment.

The role requires 5+ years' hands-on SAP FICO in S/4HANA, SAP FI/CO certification, strong English communication, and willingness to travel regionally.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on SAP FICO experience, including S/4HANA implementations.
• Strong FI/CO functional expertise with cross-module integration.
• Excellent English communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, collaborative, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to travel during key project milestones.
• Understanding of SAP AI and Embedded Analytics within S/4HANA.
• Current SAP certification in FI, CO, or both.
• Malaysian citizen or valid work authorization in SE Asia; visa sponsorship not available.

• Travel regionally during critical project phases to ensure successful implementation and effective collaboration with teams and end-users.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of hands‑on SAP FICO experience, including implementation, rollout, and support on SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong functional expertise in FI & CO, with proven experience in cross‑module integration.
• Excellent English communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, collaborative, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to travel during key project milestones.
• Understanding of SAP AI and Embedded Analytics within S/4HANA.
• Current SAP certification in FI, CO, or both.
• As visa sponsorship is not available for this role, we can only consider candidates who are Malaysian citizens or who already hold valid work authorisation and are based in South East Asia.
