Job summary
Kurz Production (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a SAP Business Intelligence & Analytics Consultant to participate in developing global solutions based on functional and technical requirements. You will provide 1st level support for SAP BI, Analytics and Reporting across the group, handle incidents in OTRS, and prepare topics for daily meetings with stakeholders.
The role requires BI expertise, ETL from SAP systems, experience with Analysis for Office, SAP Hana Studio, and strong English; a degree
Qualifications
- Good knowledge and experience in Business Intelligence (preferably SAP BW/BO or comparable software).
- Experience in creating ETL processes from SAP ERP, SAP CRM, SAP ME and Hana Database, or equivalent.
- Extensive experience with Analysis for Office and queries using Eclipse or SAP Hana Studio.
- Experience with user and authorization management.
- Strong English communication and ability to work with an international team.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1st level application support for SAP BI, Analytics and Reporting solutions.
- Process, analyse and coordinate incidents, bugs and service requests in OTRS.
- Prepare open issues and incidents for discussion in daily support meetings with stakeholders.
- Act as interface between business users, departments and global IT organization.
- Prepare user documentation and training materials.
