THIS POSITION IS TO BE BASED IN MUTIARA DAMANSARA, PETALING JAYA

JOB SUMMARY

This is a hands-on opportunity to build real SAP functional expertise within KLK OLEO's Global SAP team, working on live systems that support the business across multiple countries. As part of the team, the role includes, but is not limited to, SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) & Material Management (MM) modules in terms of design, analysis, development, documentation, testing, and support work related to the modules. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be guided by the SAP Centre of Excellence team as you build your functional skills, including how a live, global SAP environment actually runs; from day-to-day support through to real project rollouts.

1.SAP Support

Provide L1 & L2 global SAP functional support across SD, MM and other modules, inclusive of the monitoring and tracking of incidents and service/change requests in meeting service level obligations.

Escalate critical issues/problems to second-level support or immediate superior for prompt technical resolution and development.

Act as liaison between business users and technical team for troubleshooting: investigate, analyse, and solve SAP-related problems.

2.Change Request

Prepare, review, and consolidate change requests for new developments/enhancements, ensuring a standardised and harmonised process.

Perform implementation of best practices, improvements, new/change requests from users, and ensure conformance with the change process.

3.Projects

Responsible as a module team member for the rollout implementation of SAP global and regional projects, integration projects, enhancements, and small local projects.

Participate in the implementation and rollout of other IT projects, providing guidance to external and internal team members to ensure adherence to the KLK OLEO SAP ERP prototype and system integrity, according to agreed deliverables and deadlines.

Manage and execute any other ad-hoc projects/tasks assigned by the superior.

JOB SUCCESS REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge and Skills

Basic understanding of SAP modules - exposure via coursework, internship, or self-study in the SAP/ERP system.

Implementation/rollout/support experience with 1 or 2 full cycles of the related module delivered is an added advantage.

Hands‑on with the related configurations and able to perform deep analysis to develop high‑quality work, including delivering Functional Specification Document (FSD) and Technical Specifications Document (TSD) is an added advantage.

Understanding of manufacturing and business processes is an added advantage.

Demonstrate fluency in the local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken.

Familiarity with AI concepts, tools, or applications - whether through formal coursework, self-study, or practical use (e.g., generative AI, ML fundamentals).

Demonstrated habit of using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude) for day‑to‑day productivity such as drafting documents, summarising information, or automating repetitive tasks.

Work Experiences and Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.

Graduates who have completed AI‑related modules, programs, or specialisations such as machine learning, data analytics, and intelligent systems are strongly encouraged to apply.

Certified SAP Professional and experience in a consulting environment are a plus.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
