Job summary

Aitek Group is seeking an experienced SAP Ariba S2C Functional Lead to drive the delivery and support of Source-to-Contract solutions. You will lead a team, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure successful integration with SAP and non-SAP systems.

The role requires deep SAP Ariba expertise, CLM knowledge, and hands-on project delivery experience to guide design, testing, and deployment across procurement processes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of SAP Ariba experience.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba Source-to-Contract (S2C) modules.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Ariba Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM).
• Experience working on Ariba integrations with SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and third-party systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation, enhancement, and support of SAP Ariba Source-to-Contract solutions.
• Act as the functional SME for SAP Ariba Sourcing, Contracts, and CLM.
• Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
• Manage a team responsible for project delivery, change requests, and production support tickets.
• Work closely with technical teams on integrations between Ariba and SAP/non-SAP systems.
• Review solution designs, functional specifications, and test scenarios.
• Manage defects, incidents, and enhancement requests through to resolution.
• Provide functional guidance, mentoring, and knowledge transfer to team members.
• Engage business stakeholders and vendors to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Support UAT, deployment, hypercare, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The successful candidate will possess strong expertise in SAP Ariba S2C modules, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), and integration landscapes, while managing a team responsible for project delivery, enhancements, and production support.

The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to design, implement, and support procurement solutions that meet business requirements.

• Proven experience leading project delivery and application support teams.
• Ability to manage multiple project streams, change requests, and support tickets.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience preparing functional specifications, conducting workshops, and managing testing activities.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP Ariba Certification.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC procurement processes.
• Knowledge of APIs, middleware, and integration platforms.
• Experience in procurement, sourcing, contract management, or supplier management domains.
• Agile and/or project delivery experience.
