Job summary

UST is seeking an experienced SAP Solution Architect to lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations and transformation programs in Malaysia. This role covers P2P, MM, EWM/WM, and Logistics Execution, driving solution design, process optimization, configuration, and integrations.

You will guide cross-functional teams, conduct workshops, manage data migration, testing, cutover, go-live, and post-go-live hyper-care. A senior candidate with extensive SAP expertise is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or related field.
• 15+ years of SAP consulting experience.
• Hands-on SAP S/4HANA and ECC expertise.
• Proven experience across P2P, MM, EWM/WM, and Logistics Execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP S/4HANA solution architecture and design for P2P, MM, EWM/WM, and Logistics Execution.
• Conduct Fit-to-Standard and Fit-Gap workshops with stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into scalable SAP solutions and best practices.
• Configure and optimize Procurement, Inventory Management, STO, Subcontracting, and Warehouse Management processes.
• Lead SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, and transformation projects across Cloud and ECC environments.
• Design and manage integrations using APIs, IDocs, middleware, BTP, 3PL, APS, and ASRS solutions.
• Oversee testing activities including SIT, UAT, FUT and defect management.
• Lead data migration activities using LTMC, LSMW, and related tools.
• Prepare functional specs, solution docs, and training materials.
• Coordinate with SD, FI, PP, technical, development and authorization teams.
• Support cutover planning, go-live, hypercare and production support.
• Provide mentorship to SAP consultants and project teams.
• Engage with stakeholders and senior management to drive milestones.

The role will be responsible for solution design, business process optimization, system configuration, integration, testing, data migration, cutover, go-live, and hyper-care support across Procurement, Supply Chain, and Warehouse Management functions.

• Lead data migration activities using LTMC, LSMW, and related migration tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• 15+ years of SAP consulting experience.
• Strong hands‑on experience in SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC.
• Expertise in SAP MM, P2P, EWM, WM, Logistics Execution, and Supply Chain processes.
• Experience in S/4HANA Public Cloud, Private Cloud (RISE), Greenfield, Brownfield, and global rollout projects.
• Strong knowledge of SAP integrations, APIs, IDocs, BTP, and third‑party logistics solutions.
• Proven experience leading solution architecture and customer‑facing engagements.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience in Manufacturing, Automotive, Pharmaceutical, Chemical, or Supply Chain industries is preferred.
