Zusammenfassung

PowTech Solution is seeking a senior SAP techno-functional consultant to drive Demand to Pay improvements, focusing on indirect procurement. You will bridge business needs with technical SAP solutions, collaborating with procurement, finance and IT teams worldwide.

You will guide junior analysts, run workshops, and own WRICEFs, integrations and interface monitoring within agile teams while ensuring GDPR and ICFR compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Senior SAP techno-functional experience in SAP MM and S/4HANA Sourcing and Procurement.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC (must have).
• Strong knowledge of Procure to Pay for indirect procurement.
• Experience with procurement platform integrations (S/4HANA Sourcing and Procurement, or GEP Smart).
• Experience with API-led integration and middleware such as MuleSoft (must have).
• Experience designing and using REST and SOAP APIs, and working with API gateways (must have).
• Good with data formats and mapping (JSON, XML, CSV, EDI) and ETL.
• Understanding of links to SAP FI/CO, MM, PM, SD and PP, and MM master data.
• Comfortable working in an agile team on several tasks at once.
• Good written and spoken English.

Aufgaben

• Run workshops with stakeholders and turn their needs into functional specs, user stories and technical workflows.
• Act as the functional and technical expert for S2P platforms such as SAP S/4HANA, Smart by GEP and ORO.
• Write and review functional and technical specs, including WRICEFs.
• Design integrations between S2P tools and SAP S/4HANA using SAP Integration Suite, Cloud Integration Gateway or MuleSoft.
• Define field-level data mapping for PO, Goods Receipts, Invoices and Supplier Master Data.
• Set up monitoring for interfaces using AIF or similar tools, so failures are caught early.
• Lead SIT, SAT and UAT, and support cut-over and deployment.
• Manage changes using SAP Solution Manager, JIRA and ServiceNow.
• Improve interface performance for high volumes of procurement transactions.
• Work with global procurement and finance teams, and keep business and IT aligned across agile teams.
• Follow compliance requirements such as GDPR and ICFR.

You will be a senior SAP techno-functional consultant for the Demand to Pay area. You will focus on indirect purchasing and the Procure to Pay process.

You will connect business needs with technical solutions. You will work with procurement teams, finance teams and IT teams. You will also guide junior analysts.

What you will do

• - Run workshops with stakeholders and turn their needs into functional specs, user stories and technical workflows
• - Act as the functional and technical expert for S2P platforms such as SAP S/4HANA, Smart by GEP and ORO

• - Define field-level data mapping (IDOC, API, cXML, OData) for Purchase Orders, Goods Receipts, Invoices and Supplier Master Data
• - Set up monitoring for interfaces using AIF or similar tools, so failures are caught early
• - Lead SIT, SAT and UAT, and support cut-over and deployment
• - Manage changes using SAP Solution Manager, JIRA and ServiceNow

What we are looking for

• - Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or Mathematics, or equivalent work experience
• - Senior level SAP techno-functional experience in SAP MM and S/4HANA Sourcing and Procurement
• - Experience in both SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC (must have)
• - Strong knowledge of Procure to Pay for indirect procurement
• - Experience with procurement platform integrations (S/4HANA Sourcing and Procurement, or GEP Smart)
• - Experience with API-led integration and middleware such as MuleSoft (must have)
• - Experience designing and using REST and SOAP APIs, and working with API gateways (must have)
• - Good with data formats and mapping (JSON, XML, CSV, EDI) and ETL
• - Understanding of links to SAP FI/CO, MM, PM, SD and PP, and MM master data
• - Comfortable working in an agile team on several tasks at once
• - Good written and spoken English
• - Nice to have: SAP Fiori, SAP Ariba integration, business partner (BP) concept in S/4HANA
