Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced SAP Ariba consultant to lead end-to-end Ariba implementations across borders and sectors in Kuala Lumpur. You will gather procurement requirements, configure modules, and drive transformation initiatives while engaging with procurement leaders and stakeholders.

The role involves collaborating with global teams, mentoring junior consultants, and delivering workshops and training. A strong background in S2P/P2P processes and SAP ECC/S/4HANA integration is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Business Admin or related field.
• 5–10 years of SAP Ariba implementation and support experience.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba modules such as Buying & Invoicing, Sourcing, Contracts, SLP, and Ariba Network.
• Strong knowledge of Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P).
• Experience integrating SAP Ariba with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience across full project lifecycle: requirements, design, configuration, testing, deployment.
• Strong stakeholder management, consulting, and client-facing skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• Experience in cross-functional and multicultural teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Participation in at least one end-to-end SAP Ariba implementation project.
• SAP Ariba certification is an advantage.

Your key responsibilities

• Lead SAP Ariba implementation and enhancement projects.

To qualify for the role, you must have
