Job summary

Wipro Consumer Care (LDW) Sdn Bhd is seeking a capable IT professional to provide SAP support, develop ABAP enhancements, and maintain a PHP-based internal web portal. You will work with end users to translate business needs into technical specs and ensure reliable system performance.

The role involves troubleshooting ABAP, supporting SAP module integration, and handling user tickets. Prior manufacturing domain knowledge is a plus, with emphasis on collaboration and problem solving.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
• 2-3 years IT experience, preferably SAP support (SAP FICO/SD/MM/PP/WM) or application support.
• Knowledge of SAP functional processes in FICO/SD/MM/PP/WM.
• ABAP programming knowledge is an advantage.
• Web programming experience PHP, Wordpress.
• Experience with MS SQL Server database.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and support multiple IT systems.
• Manufacturing environment knowledge is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Debug and troubleshoot ABAP code.

• Participate in testing/validation for quality deliverables.
• Support and maintain internal web portal - PHP.
• Handle and resolve application support tickets from end users.
• Maintain and support programs.
• Prepare technical documentation and user guides for projects or enhancements.
• Troubleshoot and debug in-house applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support, troubleshooting, maintenance and user assistance for SAP.
• Develop and maintain ABAP programs, reports, forms, and enhancements.
• Perform debugging and troubleshooting of existing ABAP code.
• Collaborate with end users to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Support the integration of SAP modules.
• Participate in testing and validation processes to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Support, maintain and provide continual improvement internal web portal - PHP
• Handle and resolve application support tickets raised by end users.
• Continue to maintain and support programs.
• Prepare technical documentation and user guides for related projects or system enhancements
• Troubleshoot and debug in-house applications.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field.
• At least 2-3 years of relevant IT experience, preferably in SAP support (SAP FICO/SD/MM/ PP/WM), application support or system development.
• Knowledge on SAP functional processes is needed, in either FICO/SD/MM/PP/WM
• Knowledge of ABAP programming is an advantage.
• Experience in web programming PHP, Wordpresss, etc
• Experience with MS SQL server database
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and support different IT systems and business applications.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment and knowledge of business processes are an advantage.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
