Job summary

Wipro Consumer Care (LDW) Sdn Bhd is seeking a skilled IT professional to provide SAP support, develop ABAP reports, and maintain related applications. The role requires collaboration with end users to translate requirements into technical specifications and to support SAP module integration.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in IT, knowledge of ABAP and SAP functional processes, plus experience with PHP-based web tools and MS SQL. Manufacturing environment exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in IT, CS, CE or related field.
• At least 2–3 years IT experience, preferably SAP support.
• Knowledge of SAP functional processes (FICO/SD/MM/PP/WM) is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level SAP support and user assistance.
• Develop and maintain ABAP programs, reports, forms, and enhancements.
• Debug and troubleshoot ABAP code.
• Collaborate with users to convert requirements into specs.
• Support SAP module integration and testing.
• Maintain internal web portal (PHP).
• Handle and resolve IT support tickets.

Key Responsibilities

Provide first-level support, troubleshooting, maintenance and user assistance for SAP.

Develop and maintain ABAP programs, reports, forms, and enhancements.

Perform debugging and troubleshooting of existing ABAP code.

Collaborate with end users to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Support the integration of SAP modules.

Participate in testing and validation processes to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Support, maintain and provide continual improvement internal web portal - PHP

Handle and resolve application support tickets raised by end users.

Continue to maintain and support programs.

Prepare technical documentation and user guides for related projects or system enhancements

Troubleshoot and debug in-house applications.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field.

At least 2-3 years of relevant IT experience, preferably in SAP support (SAP FICO/SD/MM/ PP/WM), application support or system development.

Knowledge on SAP functional processes is needed, in either FICO/SD/MM/PP/WM

Knowledge of ABAP programming is an advantage.

Experience in web programming PHP, Wordpresss, etc

Experience with MS SQL server database

Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Willingness to learn new technologies and support different IT systems and business applications.

Experience in a manufacturing environment and knowledge of business processes are an advantage.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
