Job summary

DKSH in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced SAP EWM specialist to design, develop and implement SAP applications within the SAP Applications architecture, and to provide application support with high service levels.

You will work in an agile environment, coordinate with cross‑functional teams, and ensure solutions align with architectural standards while integrating CIF, MFS, IDOC and other SAP interfaces.

Qualifications

• 5-6 years SAP EWM implementation experience
• Sound SAP EWM knowledge plus ABAP debugging basics
• Experience with CIF, MFS, POLC, LOSC
• Knowledge of qRFC Monitors (Inbound/Outbound)
• SDLC experience across SAP modules (MM, SD, WM)
• Strong SAP integration knowledge
• EDI/IDOC and other 3rd party interfaces
• Awareness of latest SAP technologies and warehouse tech
• Proficiency with office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Fluency in local language and English

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day SAP application support and potentially project related subjects
• Develop within and align to architectural blueprint designs
• Adhere to SAP application architecture standards and best practices
• Develop SAP solution designs aligning with architecture, standards and processes
• Gather and analyze business requirements; design SAP solutions covering processes
• Research and evaluate SAP architecture and new technologies
• Maintain SAP design, development and deployment procedures
• Share best practices with other teams on SAP design and policies
• Support SAP applications issues and escalate complex issues promptly
• Understand user needs and priorities; ensure service level adherence

• Provide development within, and alignment to, architectural blueprint designs
• Adhere to established best practices, procedures, guidelines and compliance with respect to SAP application architecture standards
• Develop application solution designs that align with the defined SAP Applications architecture, standards and processes
• Gather and analyze business requirements; develop appropriate SAP application solutions covering technical design, business processes and operations
• Research, evaluate SAP application architecture design and new technology, recommend where needed
• Maintain and share procedures for SAP application design, development and deployment
• Share best practice to other teams related to SAP Applications design, development, processes and policies to ensure adherence
• Support SAP Applications issues; escalat complex issues in a timely manner to achieve/maintain user satisfaction
• Understand and establish communication on user needs and priorities

Functional Skills And Knowledge

• Minimum 5-6 years of SAP EWM implementation experience required.
• Demonstrate sound SAP EWM application (functional, business or industry) and technical ABAP knowledge (if any for debugging purposes)
• Have experience in handling CIF, MFS, POLC, LOSC and etc
• Must have knowledge handling qRFC Monitors (Inbound and outbound)
• Demonstrate SAP SDLC experience in any modules (e.g. MM, SD, WM, etc.)
• Demonstrate good knowledge in SAP integration
• Good Knowledge on EDI/IDOC and other 3rd party interfaces.
• Be abreast of the latest technologies and technological opportunities within the specific domain/area of expertise
• Good knowledge or experience in automated warehouse technologies solutions
• Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spokenere
