Job summary

E-Outsource Asia is seeking a senior SAP lead in Malaysia to oversee AMS & Support across client projects. You will identify client needs, steer project delivery and manage stakeholder expectations while handling risk and capacity planning.

The role requires hands-on SAP implementation, integration and support with regional project leadership experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline is required.
• 8+ years of SAP experience is required.
• Experience with SAP Logistics is a plus.
• Proven delivery experience for business and IT initiatives.
• Hands-on SAP implementation, integration and support experience.
• Regional project leadership experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Job description

• Serve as the Lead for SAP AMS & Support across various client projects
• Identify client’s needs and lead team on project delivery
• Drive projects and manage stakeholders' expectations
• Be responsible for risk management, capacity management and other operational duties
• Ensure progress and provide high levels of customer service in efficient and cost-effective manner
• Build partnership with internal and external parties including all business units and vendors to offer recommendation on the strategic level

Profile

• Minimum Bachelors Degree hold in any discipline
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in SAP
• SAP Logistics experience is good to have
• Proven track record of service delivery in business and IT initiatives
• Hands-on experience in SAP implementation, integration and support
• Experience in leading regional projects
• Good team player and self-motivated
• Strong communication and presentation skills
