Job summary

ABeam Consulting in Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur) is seeking a Salesforce Developer to join our consulting team. You will gather business and data requirements, design FS/TS, and develop Sales Cloud solutions using Apex, SOQL, and standard platform capabilities.

• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud development and configuration.
• Hands-on experience with Apex, SOQL, Flows, APIs, and integration concepts.
• Ability to gather business and data requirements independently.
• Experience preparing FS and TS; strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a consulting environment.
• Interest in learning and working with Salesforce Agentforce and AI technologies.

Responsibilities

• Gather business and data requirements with stakeholders.

• Develop and enhance Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions using Apex and standard platform capabilities.
• Design and implement integrations between Salesforce Sales Cloud and Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram.
• Support Agentforce and AI solution configuration, development, testing, and enhancements.
• Support data mapping, API integrations, SIT/UAT, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
• Work closely with the Team Lead, Project Manager, and project team to deliver quality solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating Salesforce with Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, or similar marketing platforms
• Familiarity with Lead Management, Campaign Management, and Web-to-Lead
• Experience developing or implementing Salesforce Agentforce, AI, Prompt Builder, Einstein, or Data Cloud is highly preferred
• Salesforce certifications are an advantage but not mandatory
