Job summary

ABeam Consulting Singapore seeks a Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant (Techno-Functional) to join our Malaysia-based team. You will gather requirements, design FS/TS, and develop Sales Cloud solutions using Apex and platform features.

You will design integrations with Google Ads, Facebook and Instagram, support Agentforce and AI tools, and collaborate with project staff to deliver high-quality implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/SE or related field.
• Up to 2 years Salesforce experience welcome to apply.
• Experience with Sales Cloud development & configuration.
• Hands-on Apex, SOQL, Flows, APIs and integration concepts.
• Ability to gather business and data requirements independently.
• Experience preparing FS and TS specifications.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather business and data requirements with stakeholders.
• Prepare Functional Specifications (FS) and Technical Specifications (TS).
• Develop and enhance Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions using Apex and standard platform capabilities.
• Design and implement integrations between Salesforce Sales Cloud and Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram.
• Support Agentforce and AIsolution configuration, development, testing, and enhancements.
• Support data mapping, API integrations, SIT/UAT, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
• Work closely with the Team Lead, Project Manager, and project team to deliver quality solutions.
