Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Salesforce consulting, administration, or implementation.
• Good understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Working with clients across EMEA, ASEAN, and ANZ for requirements gathering.
• Configuring Salesforce based on agreed solution designs.
• Supporting discovery workshops and documenting business requirements.
