Worley in Malaysia is seeking a Digital Solutions Consultant II to join our Kuala Lumpur team. You will lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable Salesforce Account Engagement solutions that enhance marketing effectiveness, accelerate lead generation, and improve customer engagement.

Qualifications
- Experience implementing Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) at enterprise scale.
- Proven ability to design CRM and marketing automation solutions.
- Experience with integrations, APIs, and data synchronization.
- Strong written and spoken English with global stakeholders.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery workshops and solution design sessions.
- Design and implement Salesforce Account Engagement solutions, including lead lifecycle, scoring, and nurture journeys.
- Configure marketing automation capabilities, including rules, lists, landing pages, and emails.
- Collaborate with project managers, analysts, and technical teams to deliver digital initiatives.
- Build and optimize integrations between Salesforce Account Engagement, Salesforce CRM, and external systems.
- Troubleshoot issues to ensure platform performance.
- Mentor teammates and contribute to architecture and digital strategy.
