Job summary

Worley in Malaysia is seeking a Digital Solutions Consultant II to join our Kuala Lumpur team. You will lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable Salesforce Account Engagement solutions that enhance marketing effectiveness, accelerate lead generation, and improve customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) at enterprise scale.
• Proven ability to design CRM and marketing automation solutions.
• Experience with integrations, APIs, and data synchronization.
• Strong written and spoken English with global stakeholders.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops and solution design sessions.
• Design and implement Salesforce Account Engagement solutions, including lead lifecycle, scoring, and nurture journeys.
• Configure marketing automation capabilities, including rules, lists, landing pages, and emails.
• Collaborate with project managers, analysts, and technical teams to deliver digital initiatives.
• Build and optimize integrations between Salesforce Account Engagement, Salesforce CRM, and external systems.
• Troubleshoot issues to ensure platform performance.
• Mentor teammates and contribute to architecture and digital strategy.

As a Digital Solutions Consultant II, you'll lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable Salesforce Account Engagement solutions that enhance marketing effectiveness, accelerate lead generation, and improve customer engagement. You'll work closely with business stakeholders, marketing teams, technical architects, and cross-functional delivery teams to build solutions that drive measurable business value.

What you’ll do

We are looking for a Digital Solutions Consultant II to join our team Malaysia.

The role responsibilities include:

• Lead discovery workshops, technical discussions, and solution design sessions with business and marketing stakeholders.
• Design and implement Salesforce Account Engagement solutions, including lead lifecycle management, scoring and grading models, and automated nurture journeys.
• Configure and develop marketing automation capabilities, including automation rules, dynamic lists, landing pages, and email campaigns.
• Partner with project managers, business analysts, and technical teams to successfully deliver digital initiatives.
• Build and optimize integrations between Salesforce Account Engagement, Salesforce CRM, and external systems.
• Troubleshoot campaign, automation, and data synchronization issues to ensure optimal platform performance.
• Conduct quality reviews and champion best practices across marketing automation solutions.
• Mentor team members and contribute to technology architecture and digital transformation initiatives.

What you’ll have

• Salesforce implementation experience with exposure to marketing automation solutions.
• Significant experience working with Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) or similar marketing automation platforms.
• Experience designing and delivering CRM and marketing automation solutions at enterprise scale.
• Experience working within Agile delivery frameworks.
• A strong understanding of integrations, APIs, data synchronization, and customer lifecycle management
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are essential, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders globally.

Preferred certifications

• Salesforce Platform Developer I.
