Job summary

2X Malaysia is seeking a Senior Marketing Operations Specialist (Salesforce) to drive the execution of marketing activities across B2B platforms from our Kuala Lumpur office. You will optimize MarTech stacks, manage integration, and streamline campaign workflows to boost marketing effectiveness.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of relevant work experience in Marketing, IT, or related fields.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and international clients.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and experience with CRM/MarTech platforms (Marketo, Pardot, HubSpot, Eloqua).

Responsibilities

• Implement and optimize MarTech platforms to maximize efficacy.
• Oversee integration and optimization of MarTech platforms.
• Identify opportunities to improve marketing efficiency through technology.
• Lead projects and teams coordinating stakeholders.
• Manage marketing tools, CMS, CRM, analytics and reporting.
• Manage lead routing, automation, integrations, data migrations.
• Establish scalable campaign and lead management processes.
• Troubleshoot process/workflow issues.
• Contribute to process documentation.
• Provide leadership for Marketing Operations Specialists.
• Pioneer new technology tools and lead exploratory projects.
