Job summary

Experis is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join a major digital transformation program within a leading Higher Education institution in Malaysia. You will design and build Salesforce solutions for a multi-campus environment, focusing on modernisation and enterprise integrations.

The role requires deep Salesforce expertise, strong API integration experience, and a track record of delivering in Agile settings.

Qualifications

• Salesforce Platform Developer certification required.
• Deep expertise with Apex, Lightning, and Visualforce.
• Experience delivering Salesforce solutions in Agile environments.
• Strong API integrations with external systems.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Mentoring and technical leadership experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and enhance Salesforce solutions across an enterprise environment.
• Build custom applications using Apex, Lightning Components and Visualforce.
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party apps and enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects and Delivery teams to deliver scalable solutions.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Salesforce Developer to contribute to a large-scale enterprise technology uplift. Working within a collaborative delivery team, you'll help design and build innovative Salesforce solutions that support a complex, multi-campus environment and a significant strategic transformation roadmap.

The Role

• Design, develop and enhance Salesforce solutions across an enterprise environment
• Build custom applications using Apex, Lightning Components and Visualforce
• Integrate Salesforce with a range of third-party applications and enterprise systems
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects and Delivery teams to deliver scalable solutions
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to developers within the team
• Support platform releases, continuous improvement initiatives and development best practices
• Contribute to a significant Salesforce modernisation and platform uplift program

About You

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer certification
• Deep expertise across Apex, Lightning and Visualforce
• Experience delivering Salesforce solutions within Agile environments
• Strong integration experience working with APIs and external systems
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Previous experience mentoring developers and contributing to technical leadership activities
