Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of experience, Platform Developer I certification, and strong Apex, SOQL, and LWC skills. You will collaborate across diverse teams and ensure secure, compliant, scalable integrations with external systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; additional certs a plus.
• Proficient in Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy customized Salesforce solutions (including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud).
• Collaborate with key stakeholders across Admissions, Development, and Academic Services to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Build and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), flows, and other automation tools.
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems (e.g., SIS, finance platforms, communication tools).
• Ensure data integrity, system security, and compliance with international data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).
• Provide technical support, documentation, and user training as needed.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend best practices for system optimization.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer (2+ years preferred).
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Platform Developer II or other certifications a plus).
• Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, LWC, and Salesforce automation tools.
• Experience with system integrations via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially in multicultural environments.
• Experience in an educational or nonprofit environment is an advantage but not required.
