Job summary

Zuellig Pharma in Malaysia is seeking a Training Manager to lead the deployment of programs that build commercial and leadership competencies aligned with the Sales ACE strategy. You will tailor training to local market rules while ensuring compliance with Zuellig Pharma's procedures.

You will design, deliver, and assess training across ethical, trade, CHC and key account models, and collaborate with sales and marketing to align collateral with strategic direction.

Qualifications

• Experience in designing and delivering training programs that improve performance.
• Ability to build partnerships with business leaders and teams to drive learning results.
• Coaching skills to help teams perform at their best.

Responsibilities

• Establish, implement and direct training processes and programs for sales competencies and product knowledge.
• Design and implement training programs for ethical, trade, CHC and key account models.
• Deliver commercial and leadership training and train-the-trainer programs.
• Interface with curriculum design groups to develop content.
• Provide internal consulting on business initiatives and training solutions.
