Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of total retail experience, with preference for store leadership.
• Proven leadership and ability to drive sales through team guidance.
• Strong communication with store team, district managers, and partners.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to consumers using the Crocs service model.
• Lead opening and closing procedures and daily store tasks.
• Educate team on products and promotions and meet sales targets.
• Coordinate stock, POS, pricing, and loyalty program promotions.
• Collaborate with Store Management to improve KPIs.
• Adhere to Crocs, Inc. Asset Protection policies and inventory control.
