Job summary

Crocs Footwear (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd in Subang Jaya is seeking a Sales Team Lead to coach the retail team, drive daily sales targets and provide world-class service to every customer.

You will oversee opening and closing procedures, train staff on Crocs products and promotions, manage POS usage, stock replenishment, pricing and merchandising, and partner with Store Management to improve KPIs.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years total retail experience, with preference for candidates with previous store leadership
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) to store team and partners
• Desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment

Responsibilities

• Oversee opening and closing procedures
• Educate team on products and promotions
• Drive daily sales targets to achieve company goals
• Coordinate, delegate, and prioritize daily activities
• Learn and assist in various store departments such as consumer service, product knowledge, visual presentation, and stock room management
• Support daily execution of retail operations including POS usage, stock replenishment, pricing and markdowns
• Lead by example and collaborate with Store Management to improve KPIs
• Adhere to Asset Protection policies and inventory control
