Private Advertiser in Malaysia invites an ambitious, results-driven Sales Team Leader to lead by example, develop a high-performing sales team, and fulfil personal sales targets. This role suits someone who enjoys coaching, achieving targets, and building a successful team.

You’ll not only manage performance but also continue growing your own client portfolio while mentoring others, with structured leadership training and clear progression to Manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum education of Diploma or Degree; relevant experience welcomed.
• Proven sales and leadership experience is advantageous.
• Strong communication, presentation and coaching skills.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets.
