Responsibilities

• Sales & Business Development: Engage potential customers, identify sales opportunities and contribute to business growth through direct customer interaction.
• Face‑to‑Face Marketing: Represent our clients professionally through promotional campaigns, customer engagement and brand awareness activities.
• Events & Roadshows: Participate in on‑ground marketing activities, exhibitions, promotional events and roadshows at various locations.
• Client Representation: Communicate product and service information clearly while building positive customer relationships.
• Campaign Execution: Work collaboratively with the team to implement marketing strategies and achieve campaign objectives.
• Performance Development: Work towards individual and team targets while continuously improving sales techniques, communication and presentation skills.
• Leadership Development: Participate in coaching and mentorship, with opportunities to guide new team members and take on additional responsibilities as you progress.

This role offers an opportunity to learn the fundamentals of sales and marketing, take part in client campaigns and develop leadership capabilities through structured training and mentorship. For individuals who demonstrate strong performance, initiative and leadership potential, there may be opportunities to progress into Team Leader, campaign management and business development leadership roles, with a longer-term pathway towards business ownership.
