Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia – Our client, a leading AI-powered document and workflow automation company, seeks a Sales Support Representative to enable Sales AE’s by handling admin tasks and serving as the primary link to back‑office functions to ensure compliant, timely orders.

You will respond to inquiries, provide solution information, generate quotes, and help move opportunities to Sales. Fluency in English and a customer‑service mindset are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of SOX rules and regulations.
• Fluent English communication is essential.
• Understanding business context of our products and resellers.
• Customer-service oriented with emphasis on accuracy and reliability.
• Able to work in a team to meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Executives and customers with inquiries and requests.
• Provide prompt responses to calls and emails and route issues.
• Own issues through to resolution and share information on solutions.
• Generate quotations for software transactions with licensing rules.
• Create and submit order packages and ensure correct PO review.
• Coordinate with Deal Managers and Legal on complex agreements and Rev Rec.
