Job summary

Freight Mark Trans Network Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an Indoor Sales Support Executive in Malaysia to assist the sales team with inquiries, quotations, and daily sales administration.

You will handle inquiries across channels, prepare quotations, and maintain sales records while coordinating with logistics and warehouse teams. The role requires a Diploma in Business, Sales, or related field, with experience in sales administration and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in indoor sales, sales administration, customer service, or a similar role is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia; other languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
• Prepare quotations, create Business Partner and key in Quotation into system
• Follow up with customers on quotations and payments.
• Coordinate with the sales team, warehouse, logistics, and other departments.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
• Assist the sales team with daily administrative and sales support activities.
• Monitor order status and update customers accordingly.
• Build and maintain good relationships with existing customers.
• Handle customer requests and complaints professionally.
• Prepare sales reports and perform other duties assigned by the superior.
