Diamond Technique Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Sales Support Coordinator for a full-time role based in Klang, Selangor, Malaysia. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, with training provided to develop skills in order processing, stock transfers, and warehouse operations.

The role requires good communication in Malay or English, strong organization, and a proactive team-oriented attitude. Working hours are typical office days with some weekend coverage as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support salesperson with order processing, purchasing and stock transfers between branches.
• Handle daily warehouse operations: receiving, storing and issuing goods.
• Inspect deliveries for damages or discrepancies and report accordingly.
• Pick and prepare goods based on picking list, DO, invoice or transfer bill.
• Assist with collecting bills and stock for branches as needed.
