Job summary

Intretech is hiring for a customer service-focused role in a manufacturing environment. You will manage customer orders, forecasts, and purchase orders, ensuring accurate data and timely updates. You will also monitor deliveries and coordinate with production, quality, and logistics to meet customer expectations.

The position requires 1–2 years of customer service experience, preferably in electronics or manufacturing, and knowledge of ERP/CRM systems would be a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience, preferably in manufacturing or electronics.
• Experience with order processing, ERP, and CRM systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Customer Orders Management: Process forecast, risk buy, POs and weekly gap variance reviews; escalate as needed.
• Maintain updated forecasts, risk buy and POs in the system with complete information.
• Delivery Management: Provide order/delivery reports and monitor shipment status; flag potential shipment risks.
• Coordinate with production, quality, planning, and logistics to align shipments with customer plans.

Serve as second point of contact for customer inquiries and coordinate on the requirements’ fulfillment.

Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers through effective communication.

2.Customer Orders Management:

Processing customer forecast, risk buy, Purchase Orders and make weekly comparison to review gap variance. Variance report required release to higher level and trigger discussion with customer if required.

Ensure detail and updated forecast, risk buy & POs are entered into the system correctly and all relevant information is captured. Overdue detail required to coordinate with customer and ensure revise to update version at weekly basic.

3.Delivery Management:

Provide customer orders/delivery report to higher level. Daily monitor shipment achievement status and report to higher level if foreseen any shipment failure risk.

Coordinate with internal departments such as production, quality control, production planner, supply chain and logistics relate to customer shipment plan.

Education:

Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred

Experience:

Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing or electronics environment. Experience with order processing, ERP, and CRM systems is a plus.
