Hua Yee Tiling in Johor Bahru is seeking an Indoor Retail Sales Adviser with excellent customer service and communication skills. The role is based at multiple locations in Johor Bahru and focuses on meeting sales targets while ensuring a home-like customer experience.

You will observe customer needs, introduce related products, resolve concerns, and stay informed about product details and pricing to support informed purchases.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales or similar field.
• Understand the retail sales process.
• Familiar with consumer behavior principles.
• Understand inventory incoming and outgoing procedures.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Resume showing sales performance.
• Excellent communication skills and adaptability to build trusting relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Flexible in a fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide detailed information to customers regarding product features, pricing, and after-sales services, ensuring the accuracy of the information provided.
• Respond to customer inquiries about products or services promptly and in a timely manner.
• Stay updated with the latest information regarding products or services.
• Proficiently understand how to sell other related products that are suitable for the main product.
• Manage store inventory and ensure sufficient supply on the showroom floor.
• Handle sales and after-sales transactions and related documents, including payment, delivery, and return processes.
• Provide prompt customer feedback to management.
