Job summary

TROOPERS in Malaysia is seeking a dynamic Sales Support professional to manage inbound leads and drive them through the quotation process. You will qualify prospects, route them through the sales pipeline, and collaborate with audiences to gather requirements for accurate proposals.

The role also supports outbound campaigns using Mailchimp and related tools, helping to move inquiries toward closing deals with careful coordination across teams.

Qualifications

• Experience handling inbound and outbound sales activities.
• Ability to qualify and route leads in a sales pipeline.
• Comfort with drafting quotations and proposals.

Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to inbound leads, qualifying and routing them appropriately within the sales pipeline
• Follow up with prospects to move inbound inquiries toward quotation and close
• Support outbound sales initiatives via systems and tools such as Mailchimp, outbound lead email campaigns, and similar platforms
• Liaise with prospects and clients to gather requirements needed for accurate quotations and proposals
