Job summary

Solid Horizon Sdn Bhd is a Malaysian manufacturer of portable cabins and related products, seeking a sales support professional. The role involves assisting the sales team, handling admin tasks, and tracking orders to ensure timely delivery.

The candidate should have 1–2 years of experience or fresh graduates with related education. Applicants must be organized, able to work under pressure, and have own transport.

• Handle admin matters, including approval of payments and invoices.
• Track sales orders and delivery schedules, updating customers accordingly.
• Prepare and provide documentation to internal teams and related stakeholders.
• Handle sales documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Schedule regular meetings and record decisions.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Handles all logistic related matters and monitor production procedure/workflow (Handle SO, Do & Invoice)

Support the sales team in responding to customer inquiries and follow-ups.

Handles all admin related matters, including handle approval of payment and invoices

Schedules regular meetings and recording decisions.

Prepares and provides documentation to internal teams and related key stakeholder

Track sales orders and delivery schedules, and update customers accordingly.

Handle sales documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.

Performs in any other tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:

High school/Diploma/Bachelor from related discipline

1-2 years of working experience in sales support or customer service, preferably in manufacturing or construction-related industries.

Hands on experience with flowchart, technical drawing, and schedules

Able to work under stress and tight timelines
