Responsibilities

• Support the sales team in responding to customer inquiries and follow-ups.
• Handle logistic-related matters and monitor production procedure/workflow.
• Handle admin matters, including approval of payments and invoices.
• Track sales orders and delivery schedules, updating customers accordingly.
• Prepare and provide documentation to internal teams and related stakeholders.
• Handle sales documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Schedule regular meetings and record decisions.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
