Job summary

Kiong Gay Plasterceil Sdn Bhd, established in 1994, is a trusted supplier of plasterceil and construction building materials. This role supports outdoor sales reps with quotations, orders and customer requirements, while handling walk-in inquiries and maintaining sales records.

You will coordinate with multiple departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment and after-sales support. The position involves standard office hours and requires strong communication and invoicing experience to contribute

Responsibilities

• Support outdoor sales representatives with quotations, orders, invoices and customer requirements.
• Handle walk-in customers and inquiries via phone, email and in person.
• Prepare and maintain accurate sales documentation and records according to SOP.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Logistics, Production, Purchasing and Accounts for order fulfilment.
• Monitor customer activity and follow up on inactive accounts.
• Monitor AR collection and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Prepare sales reports and provide timely updates to Management.
• Maintain good customer relationships and provide after-sales support.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job description

Working Hours

Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
