Wah Chan Consolidated Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking passionate Retail Sales professionals to join our jewellery outlets. You will deliver excellent customer service, help customers choose products, and contribute to hitting daily and outlet sales targets.

Formación

• Minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree or equivalent.
• Retail sales, customer service, or jewellery experience is an added advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused, positive attitude, and willing to learn.
• Target-driven with the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays based on retail schedules.

We are looking for passionate and customer-oriented Retail Sales to join our retail jewellery team. You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and supporting daily outlet operations. Candidates with stronger retail sales experience may be considered for the Senior Sales Executive position.

What You’ll Do:

Provide professional customer service and product consultation to customers.

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable jewellery products.
