Job summary

Wah Chan Consolidated Sdn Bhd, operating DiamondTalk, is seeking a Sales Advisor / Sales Executive to join our growing team in a premium in-store environment. You will deliver exceptional customer experiences, understand client needs, and upsell jewellery with a focus on achieving sales targets.

The role requires 1 year of retail or customer service experience, strong communication, and the ability to converse in English and Mandarin for liaising with suppliers and customers.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum experience in retail sales or customer service.
• Experience in jewellery, fashion, beauty, or luxury retail an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; proactive personality.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and create a premium in-store experience.

Sales Advisor / Sales Executive

We are looking for energetic, sales-driven, and customer-focused talents to join our growing team as Sales Advisor / Sales Executive.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and create a premium in-store experience
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable jewellery and styling options
• Achieve individual and store sales targets
• Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year retail sales / customer service experience
• Experience in jewellery, fashion, beauty, or luxury retail is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales-oriented, confident, and proactive personality
• Good sense of styling / fashion awareness preferred
• Able to speak English & Mandarin as liasing with China supplier and customer
• Well-groomed, presentable, and professional image
