Qualifications

• College degree or above;
• Experience in sales assistance or statistical work is preferred;
• Careful, detail-oriented, responsible, with strong logical thinking;
• Proficient in using Office and other office software;
• Strong sense of customer service and communication;
• Mandarin communication ability is preferred to support Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Process sales orders, quotations, purchase orders, and invoicing.
• Coordinate with sales, operations and service teams to track orders and shipments.
• Monitor delivery to meet committed dates and share delivery tracking with customers.
• Handle daily sales order entry, shipping tracking and post-sales issue resolution.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales statistics and reports.
• Communicate with domestic and international customers and assist with customs clearance.
