Job summary

Urban Hygienist Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive Sales & Service Executive to join our sales team across Penang, Kuala Lumpur and Johor Bahru. You will drive revenue by acquiring new customers and nurturing existing relationships, while delivering excellent service in the hygiene and wellness industry.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply; training provided.
• Must possess own vehicle with valid driving licence and willingness to travel.
• Remuneration is commission-based; performance-driven.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting sales targets.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Self-motivated; able to work independently and in a team.
• Ability to identify customer needs and propose solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities by servicing customers.
• Present and demonstrate hygiene products and services to prospects.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers for repeat business.
• Prepare sales documents and follow up on leads promptly.
• Provide excellent after-sales service.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through planning.
• Conduct product training and provide technical support.
• Keep accurate records of all sales activities in the system.
• Collaborate with Customer Connect & Service teams to ensure seamless service.
• Attend training, briefings, and events to promote the brand and generate leads.
