Job summary

Yee Lee Corporation Bhd (YLC) is recruiting a Sales Executive in Ipoh to implement sales strategies and ensure market returns align with company policy. You will monitor aging reports, clear blocked orders, and communicate trade Marketing focus to the sales team.

The role requires a diploma, 3 years FMCG sales experience, and strong negotiation in English and Bahasa. Mandarin is a plus. You should have own transport and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Follow and execute the implementation of Sales Plan/ Strategy.
• Ensure market return are managed according to Company policy and procedures.
• Review aging report & follow up collection.
• Conduct weekly meeting with sales teams.
• Conduct performance appraisal with sales team yearly.
