Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a motivated sales representative to build and maintain customer relationships in Johor Bahru. You will assist customers by presenting products, answering questions, and guiding them through the purchase process.

This role involves servicing existing accounts, identifying new opportunities, and submitting orders using price lists and product literature. You will also handle inquiries and resolve complaints to ensure customer satisfaction in a fast-paced retail environment.
