Job summary

Sonepar South East Asia Sdn Bhd is seeking a capable administrator to support project administration, quotes, orders, deliveries and invoicing.

You will coordinate with customers, suppliers and internal teams, maintain accurate documentation, track margins and ensure timely communication across the project lifecycle. English proficiency is essential. Experience in a fast-paced distribution or electronics environment preferred; this role offers growth opportunities within a global market leader.

About the role

This role supports profitable project execution by preparing accurate quotations, coordinating orders and deliveries, maintaining complete project documentation, monitoring margins, and ensuring customers and internal stakeholders are kept informed throughout the project lifecycle.
