Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Sales Operations professional to monitor and review daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance, and to assist in preparing sales reports and performance updates for the Sales Team and Management.

You will support sales planning and forecasting, prepare materials for monthly sales meetings, and conduct basic market trend analysis to guide business decisions. Coordination with internal teams and data upkeep for Management or Headquarters is required.

Qualifications

• SPM and above; Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
• 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Sales Operations, Sales Administration, or a related field. Fresh graduates welcome.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and basic data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and review daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance, including sales targets, actual results, and KPIs.
• Assist in preparing sales reports, data analysis, and performance updates for the Sales Team and Management.
• Support sales planning and forecasting, including tracking targets and identifying performance gaps.
• Prepare materials and reports for monthly sales meetings and business planning.
• Conduct basic analysis on market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Finance, and other internal teams to follow up on action plans.
• Prepare and maintain sales data, reports, presentations, and other information requested by Management or Headquarters.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales Team, including data updates, documentation, and follow-up tasks.
