• Assist the sales team in requesting product samples and handling product returns.
• Communicate with customers to respond to inquiries and provide accurate product information.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and shipping departments to ensure the timely delivery of sample orders.
• Facilitate effective communication and coordination between departments involved in the sales process.
• Record and update all sample requests and returns accurately in the system.
• Maintain accurate and well-organized filing of sales documents and records.
• Coordinate with the warehouse on inventory updates and urgent order requirements.
• Liaise with the Customer Service team to follow up on customer feedback and provide after-sales support.
