Job summary

EMAX Beauté International is seeking an Operations & Support Executive to back daily sales and operational activities across Malaysia. You will coordinate with outlets, HQ departments, and IT to troubleshoot issues and implement process improvements.

The role offers exposure to ERP systems, SOP rollout, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced beauty retail environment. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• 1 to 3 years in retail operations, sales operations, sales support or customer service is advantageous.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with HQ stakeholders.
• Good attention to detail when handling sales transactions and operational data.

Responsibilities

• Provide day to day sales and operational support to outlets, ensuring compliance with approved processes and SOPs.
• Handle outlet enquiries relating to sales transactions, billing, invoicing, refunds, promotions, and customer balances.
• Review outlet requests and transaction records to identify discrepancies or issues and escalate as needed.
• Support the implementation of sales campaigns, pricing, programmes, and operational initiatives.
• Coordinate with Finance, IT, CRM and HR to resolve outlet issues and ensure timely follow up.
• Maintain records of outlet requests, issues, actions taken and resolutions.
