Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, with 3-5 years of experience.
• Proven customer and sales support skills with high service levels.

Responsibilities

• Process sample requests, verify stock, confirm pricing with PL/Sales Manager, and manage sample tracking and reporting.
• Support sales requestors and gate for OE team.
• Ensure contracts and documents are compliant before service orders.
• Export control check every 6 months per Ship To; check new customer applications.
• Investigate price discrepancies and initiate credit/debit memo requests.
• Quote handling and coordination.
• PCN notices to customers; maintain contacts and update PCN Tool; coordinate PCN/PD/INF/ERR.
• Cooperate with Internal Sales and enhance sales operational effectiveness.
• Respond to MS Dynamics cases to closure.
• Analyze Leads for opportunities and advise account managers.
