Job summary

Infineon Technologies in Malaysia is seeking an experienced regional Tool/Process Subject Matter Expert to manage end-to-end operational user support. You will train end users, govern business processes, manage user access, document workflows, and coordinate with IT for issue resolution.

You will also drive process improvement, support global projects, and assist with internal controls and audits, requiring strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of working experience.
• Preferred experience in semiconductor industry, sales operations, business or IT field.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and committed to reading/analyzing detailed process documents regularly.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management, including business and IT colleagues.
• Excellent team player with very good interpersonal skills.
• Familiar with enterprise systems such as CRM and BI tools.
