Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Analytical and systematic problem-solving approach.
• Demonstrated adaptability and initiative in fast-paced environments.
• Knowledge of semiconductor backend processes is a plus.
• Experience with Tableau is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of programming languages/tools such as Excel VBA, Python, and SQL is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage manufacturing/production operations including assembly, processing, and packaging.
• Set production schedules based on demand, capacity, and resources.
• Coordinate weekly delivery performance and WIP with internal and external partners.
• Align production plan with Business Unit for 3 weeks to 6 months horizon.
• Monitor execution and resolve issues to maintain quality and quantity.
• Support ramp-up, safe launch, and new product releases.
• Communicate delivery status with stakeholders and manage capacity for sample orders.
