Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience in supply chain management, information systems or computer science-related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficient in using procurement software and tools, with a focus on process automation.
• Proficient with SAP, Excel and Tableau to streamline purchasing processes and data management.
• Preference given to candidates with programming knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily PROC service operation to meet operational and quality targets.
• Coach and develop team members through performance reviews, 1:1s, and training.
• Oversee buying and procurement activities and core purchasing functions.
• Drive quotation processes by defining criteria, evaluating suppliers, and validating options.
• Engage stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout procurement.
• Prepare and present reports, analysing metrics and projections for decisions.
• Demonstrate urgency and deliver tasks on time under deadlines.
• Apply procurement processes and automate where feasible to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate across interdisciplinary teams to improve internal processes.
• Recommend continuous improvements within the procurement function.
